What we collect and why

When you send us a message we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number and message. We use it to reply and to sort out what you've asked about, whether that's listing your brand, bringing Munchiverse to your venue or feedback on a meal. We don't sell it. Like most websites, ours also logs basic technical data such as your IP address and browser. Orders and payments happen in the Munchiverse app and at order.munchiverse.au, not on this site.

Who sees it

Your message goes to the Munchiverse team at FABE (Food and Beverage Enterprises), the group behind Munchiverse. If it's about a meal, we may pass it to the kitchen that made it. Otherwise we share it only with the providers who run our website and email, or where the law requires it. Some of those providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to deal with your message and keep proper records. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

Access, changes and complaints

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Send us a message through the contact page, email hello@fabe.au or call +61 466 888 590. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, tell us first. If we can't sort it out, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
